Dr. Holly Castle is happy to share that she has joined Dr. Sydney Freggiaro at Naturopathic Nevada as a tele-health provider. To schedule an appointment, please call (702) 703-7887. Appointments with Dr. Castle are available Monday through Wednesday from 9 AM to 4 PM PT.
Messages left after appointment hours will be returned either within 24 hours, or the following Monday if it is a weekend. Because Dr. Castle does not provide emergency medical services, please go to your nearest emergency room or dial 911 if you have a medical emergency.

To schedule an appointment, please call (702) 703-7887 and please feel free to leave a brief voice message. Or use any appointment or schedule button on the website. Appointments with Dr. Castle are scheduled Mondays through Wednesdays between 10 AM to 5 PM. All appointments are conducted virtually with Zoom.
Messages can take up to 48 hours for a response. Messages left outside of normal business hours or on weekends may take up to 72 hours for a response.
New Patient appointments last approximately 60 to 75 minutes and are conducted virtually by Zoom. This is where Dr. Castle learns more about your specific wellness concerns, the history and duration of these concerns. and your specific wellness goals. She will delve into your physical, physiological, mental/ emotional, and spiritual state of health as indicated. A comprehensive health history is taken, labs may be ordered as indicated, and your individualized wellness guidelines are initiated.
Follow-up appointments will be scheduled as indicated and these run about 30 to 40 minutes.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Dr. Castle does not double book appointments. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please give Dr. Castle as much advance notice as possible. Dr. Castle trusts that you will offer her at least the same courtesy as any other healthcare professional and provide at least 48-hours advance cancellation notice.
Individuals who fail to cancel in an adequate time frame more than once will be asked to pay for future appointments in advance. These pre-payed appointment fees will be non-refundable and non-transferable to another appointment.
In order to provide you with the highest level of attention, Dr. Castle works outside the insurance model. Therefore, your care will be an out-of-pocket expense. Laboratory testing and recommended supplantation is an additional expense not covered by office visit fee. The cost for these items will vary.
Dr. Castle does not provide urgent care or emergency services. If you have a medical emergency, please go to your nearest emergency room, or dial 911 for appropriate support.
